Rock climbing is a playground for emotional exploration and personal growth. We provide wellbeing sessions both indoors and outdoors to benefit children, young people and adults. Through building social connections and exploring comfort zones, we support people to manage anxiety and challenge self-limiting beliefs.

Climbing offers a diverse community,

and a sense of belonging in a supportive atmosphere. Friendship and

social connection play a key

role in enhancing overall health

and supporting mental wellbeing.

Rock climbing provides a controlled

space for exposure to stress and

fear. Through climbing in a safe

and supportive environment, people

learn to challenge self-limiting beliefs,

leading to a boost in their confidence.

In order to climb a route or boulder it is essential to be in complete focus and in the present. This mindset will transfer to other

areas of life fostering calm

and contentment.

Climbing is a full-body workout which enhances muscle strength, cardiovascular health and flexibility. Enjoying movement is physically and emotionally grounding. It releases ‘feel good hormones’ and improves the mind’s connection with the body.

We view the climbing wall as a playground for physical and emotional exploration. Working out how to climb a route, how to fall,

and how to laugh at failures are

all part of it.

Cornwall has a vibrant and varied landscape ranging from craggy cliffs and turquoise seas to lush areas of woodland. This is the perfect environment for adventure, play

and learning through climbing.
